Set just a few minutes away from Ynyslas beach in West Wales, Ty’n y Gors is a peaceful, private camping site designed for guests who want a quiet break in a beautiful, natural setting.

You can enjoy exclusive use of the camping field as we only take one booking at a time, and all facilities, including camp fire, kitchenette, composting toilet, and outdoor shower, are for your private use. The site is west-facing, providing stunning sunset views over Ynyslas sand dunes.

Our smallholding borders Cors Fochno Nature Reserve, and you may see a variety of wild animals on site, including barn owls, kestrels, and stoats. The seaside village of Borth is a five minute drive away, while the towns of Aberystwyth and Machynlleth are 20-30 minutes. We are close to a number of hiking trails, including the Wales Coastal Path, and guests can enjoy a range of activities nearby, including biking at Nant yr Arian and Dyfi Bike Park, surfing and paddleboarding at Borth beach, and movies at Libanus Boutique Cinema in Borth.
